Somebody said practice!! Yes practice, without practice there would be no organization of this great game. Practice makes perfect, or so they say. The Little Rock Rugby Men's club currently practices at several different locations depending on the season, and light conditions. Practice begins at 6:30 p.m. and runs from anywhere to one and half, to two hours. Practice is held in rain, snow, mud, but not lightning. Ruggers are also encouraged to do a little work on their own in between the fall and spring season, and during the seasons as well. This may include running, and lifting weight. Rugby is an intense sports, and being fit and strong go a long way towards this goal. Now onto the information:

Where is practice -
Practice is held at different locations depending on the season and light conditions. Practice is always outdoors, and is completely dependent on light. There are several local ballfields, and parks in which the LRFC utilizes. The current practice location is underline below and appears in red. Click on the red location for directions.

What to Bring -
Bring rugby boots, or cleats, a mouthguard, and shorts. A well put together shirt or jersey. Of course you are going to want to bring some water, and most important your brain! Rugby is a fun sport, but is a little different than what most people in the US are used to. So come on out and join us, you will love it!
