  Saturday September 12

The Little Rock Men opened their Fall 2015 Home Season with a hard fought 50-20 win over the University of Arkansas on Saturday giving new coach Brad Hogate his first home victory.  The weather was ideal with the temperature of 78 degrees and clear blue skies at kickoff.  The Razorbacks drew first blood with a penalty kick of 40 Meters however the experience and depth of the Stormers won out in the end.  The Razorbacks are a strong, well coached side that will make a lot of noise again in the National Championships come spring.  There was not an official Old Boys Man of the Match however Win Noble and Ronnie Parkinson shared the unofficial vote.  Ronnie attempted to fill the lofty shoes of Chance Hugh, injury, in the kicking game, he did an admirable job, converting on all but two of the tries with one of the success hitting the cross bar and bouncing over to add two more points to the scoreboard.  Darren Oliver filled in at Fly Half  and his leadership was quite evident, Anthony Alexander was creative on offense and disruptive on defense from scrumhalf, Corey Jones was a standout at Inside center, and Martwain Johnston was solid at Wing.  The  Pack put in its usual workman like performance with Josh Wolverton captaining the side that had quite a few new faces.  The future is bright for both the Stormers and the Razorbacks!
